Job summary

ZEISS seeks a driven Business Development Manager to grow market opportunities in North America within Clinical and Diagnostic segments. You will translate market signals into actionable strategies, develop content, and enable the sales force across product lines.

This remote role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25% globally. You will partner with Marketing Communications and regional teams to drive growth, customer insight, and competitive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or PhD a plus.
5+ years in business development, marketing, or sales in FDA-regulated spaces.
Experience in content development, digital marketing, or web platforms.
Strong market-knowledge, channel partners, and contracts understanding.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, able to work in a matrix global organization.

Responsibilities

Grow qualified opportunities in North American Clinical and Diagnostic segments.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and use cases.
Deliver market intelligence and recommended commercial actions.
Develop differentiated positioning and customer-facing content.
Engage customers, KOLs, and strategic accounts to expand relationships.
Collaborate with Marketing Communications on campaigns and content.
Lead market-readiness for new product launches and sales enablement.
Travel up to 25% globally as needed.
