Job summary

Gibbons Engineering Group seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue remotely in the life insurance and financial services sector. Build and nurture client relationships, conduct needs analyses, and present tailored protection solutions to prospective clients.

You will work with access to a broad carrier panel, provided leads, and ongoing training, with performance-based compensation. Flexible scheduling supports full-time or part-time remote work.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales, business development or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
