Job summary

Optiplay is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by finding new advertisers, exploring GEOs, and pairing offers with traffic. You will own the BD process from prospecting to partnerships and shape the commercial direction of the business.

The role requires 3+ years in BD or related fields, deep knowledge of iGaming and affiliate marketing, and a proactive, independent mindset. Fully remote work is offered with flexible CET hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Development or partnerships in iGaming or related field.
• Strong understanding of iGaming, affiliate marketing and revenue models.
• Experience with advertisers, networks and programs.
• Proven outbound outreach and sales pipeline creation.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract new advertisers and partners for the Media Buying team.
• Research markets, GEOs and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from prospecting to long-term partnership.
• Grow existing partnerships through increased traffic and budgets.
• Maintain CRM and client pipeline and build long-term partnerships.
