Job summary

Workster, in partnership with a leading international technology provider in iGaming and Sportsbook, seeks a Business Development Manager. This fully remote global role targets new partnerships and expansion across key markets, promoting iGaming, Sportsbook, and AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; Turkish is advantageous.
• Mandatory sales experience in igaming platform providers.
• Strong understanding of the B2B igaming ecosystem.
• Experience selling technology, platforms, Sportsbook solutions, or gaming products.
• Established industry network is a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Interest in AI, automation, data-driven gaming products.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work remotely in global teams.
• Based preferably within EMEA, including Turkey, and ready to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in iGaming and Sportsbook.
• Build and manage a pipeline of operators, platforms, aggregators, and partners.
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Present AI-powered gaming solutions to prospective partners.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across international markets.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and establish partnerships.
• Represent the company at international iGaming events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with product, commercial, marketing and tech teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Meet and exceed revenue and BD targets.
