Job summary

EcoWater Systems LLC is seeking a senior sales leader to drive revenue growth through our Dealer network in the eastern United States. This remote role focuses on expanding market share, recruiting top Dealers, and coordinating with Product teams to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies.

The position requires strong leadership, extensive experience in Dealer channel sales, and a keen eye for market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within a Dealer or distributor channel.
• Experience with consumer durable goods and branded products is required.
• Proven success in Dealer channel sales, with demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships within a Dealer network.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue expansion by increasing share of wallet and executing growth plans with Dealer partners.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable high-potential Dealers to expand EcoWater network.
• Partner with Product and internal teams to align priorities and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop data-driven territory plans and coach Dealers to improve performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to position EcoWater’s value proposition.
