Job summary

ZEISS Research Microscopy, Clinical and Diagnostic Customer Segment seeks a Business Development Manager to drive market development and new opportunities across North America. You will identify customer needs, build market insights, and translate them into compelling value propositions, content, and GTM plans.

Collaborate with NA Marketing Communications to implement campaigns and sales enablement while navigating FDA regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
5+ years in business development, marketing, or sales in FDA-regulated spaces.
Experience in content development or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of Clinical and Diagnostic market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Grow qualified opportunities in the NA Clinical and Diagnostic segments.
Identify new market opportunities, applications, partnerships, and customer use cases.
Deliver market intelligence, including customer insights and competitive analysis.
Develop differentiated product positioning and customer-facing content.
Engage customers and KOLs; build relationships across priority subsectors.
Build ZEISS solution ecosystems within Clinical and Diagnostic networks.
Travel up to 25% as needed.
