Boyd is seeking a(dynamic) Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new customers and expanding in manufacturing markets. You will collaborate across marketing, product development, and operations to align sales initiatives and improve performance.

The role requires building strong relationships with operating departments and management levels, traveling internationally as needed, and leveraging Salesforce to track opportunities and customer intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business growth.
• Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools to track performance and manage customer relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - excel, powerpoint, word.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and industries.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to support sales initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to inform sales strategies.
• Develop and execute strategies for increased customer penetration by selling additional products and services to all customer divisions.
• Directly engage with customers to win incremental business and establish relationships across management levels.
• Manage the quotation process and prepare formal quotations with pricing to maximize revenue and gross margin.
• Monitor progress of projects to meet milestones and production schedules from inception to implementation.
• Negotiate terms and respond to special customer needs or complaints.
