Job summary

Boyd, the world’s leading innovator in sustainable engineered materials and thermal solutions, seeks a Business Development Executive to join our sales team and drive revenue growth from the Minnesota region and beyond.

You will identify new customers, build relationships, educate clients on Boyd’s capabilities, and collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations. Salesforce will be used daily to capture opportunities and manage accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4-5 years related experience in a technical selling role with manufacturing industry experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate with clients and internal stakeholders.
