Job summary

Medisca Inc. is seeking a Business Development Executive (Outside Sales) to drive new business and expand our presence in the assigned territory.

You will prospect, visit medical complexes, physicians, and health care professionals, and convert referrals into meaningful partnerships. The role emphasizes growing the Medisca brand, cross-selling within existing accounts, and maintaining excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; sales or science background is a plus.
• Experience as a pharmacy technician or pharma sales representative is an asset.
• Proven ability to discover opportunities, develop strategies and close sales.
• Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English, both written and oral.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Visit medical complexes and physicians to obtain referrals.
• Increase Medisca’s share in existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain accounts and build strong customer relationships through regular contact.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to maximize synergies and revenue.
