Medisca seeks a Business Development Executive (Outside Sales) based in New Jersey to drive new business and expand Medisca's market presence across NJ, MD, DC, and DE. You will prospect, visit physicians and health-care professionals, and convert referrals to Medisca while maintaining relationships and growing share with existing customers.

The role requires substantial travel (80%), with target to meet monthly sales objectives.

Qualifications

• College or University degree; Sales or Science background an asset.
• Experience as a pharmacy technician or in pharmaceutical sales is favorable.
• Proven ability to develop opportunities, strategies and close sales; strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Search for potential clients, visit medical complexes and physicians/health care professionals and obtain referrals.
• Identify pharmacies and convert their business to Medisca.
• Increase Medisca’s share of existing accounts.
• Educate healthcare professionals on compounding to increase scripts.
• Travel to client visits, tradeshows, and trainings (road warrior role).
• Collaborate with Account Executive to maximize synergies and provide leads.
• Follow up with customers on sales and product availability.
