Job summary

Medisca is seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) for outside sales, focused on new account generation, cross-selling, and upselling. You will manage the New Jersey territory, with travel across NJ, Maryland, District of Columbus and Delaware, while maintaining existing accounts and driving Medisca’s brand growth.

Ideal candidates have a college degree with sales or science background, experience in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sales, and exceptional communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education; sales or science background is a plus.
• Experience in pharmacy-related sales or as a pharmaceutical representative is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new accounts and expand business with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Cross-sell and upsell products while servicing existing accounts in the territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships; achieve monthly sales targets and monitor margins.
