Job summary

Medisca is seeking a Business Development Executive (Outside Sales) to prospect, cross-sell, and upsell within the healthcare space. You will build and strengthen customer relationships, drive growth for the Medisca brand, and service both new and existing accounts.

The role emphasizes travel to client sites, including medical complexes and pharmacies, and collaboration with the Account Executive to open new accounts and onboarding. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in pharma or healthcare is preferred.
• Strong ability to identify and develop new client opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to visit clients and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Search for potential clients, visit medical complexes and physicians and obtain referrals.
• Identify pharmacies and convert their business to Medisca; grow share with existing accounts.
• Maintain monthly sales objectives and monitor profit margins.
• Follow up with customers on sales and product availability via phone and email.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive to open new accounts and onboarding.
• Proactively support clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
