Medisca is a global company serving healthcare professionals with pharmaceutical ingredients, services, and education. The Business Development Executive (BDE) – Outside Sales focuses on new accounts, cross-selling, upselling, and maintaining relationships in a defined territory.

Based in New Jersey with a territory including New Jersey, Maryland, District of Columbia and Delaware, the role requires up to 80% travel to visit clients, physicians, and health care professionals while pursuing

Qualifications

• College or university degree required; sales or science background an asset.
• Experience in a sales role with proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; fluent English (written & oral) required.

Responsibilities

• Search for potential clients, visit medical complexes and physicians to obtain referrals.
• Identify pharmacies and convert their business to Medisca; increase share of existing accounts.
• Travel to meet clients; maintain relationships and follow up with customers via phone/email.
