Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM requirements. You will work with Applications Engineering to demonstrate interoperability, low-signature performance, and field readiness of StreamCaster radios across multi-domain environments.

The role involves travel, collaboration with BD and engineering teams, and developing technical demonstrations for defense customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with SDRs, IP routing, or tactical communications is required.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. citizenship is a must due to government contracts.

Responsabilités

• Support USSOCOM capability gap analysis and map needs to radio solutions.
• Plan networks, configure field trials, and conduct live assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to validate architectures.
• Assist in developing technical demonstrations for stakeholders.
• Travel 25–50% to customer sites and labs; coordinate field testing.
