Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking and outreach.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with partners and service teams to align BD efforts with firm goals.
• Cross-sell services to existing clients to maximize engagement and revenue.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Create compelling proposals tailored to client needs and firm offerings.
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking functions.
• Track and report on BD performance and adjust strategies as needed.
