Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business development or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Client acquisition and pipeline development through networking and outreach.
• Relationship management with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with partners and service teams to align BD with firm goals.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends for growth.
