Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business development, sales, or related role.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop growth strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking and outreach.
• Foster and manage relationships with existing clients and act as liaison with the firm.
• Collaborate with partners and service teams to cross-sell services to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Prepare compelling proposals with partners to win new business.
• Represent the firm at industry events and professional functions to generate leads.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reporting and analysis.
