Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Business and Data Analyst to support a federal government client. You will analyze business processes, define requirements, and improve Salesforce-based applications, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA.

The role emphasizes translating complex needs into clear, testable requirements and reports. Remote-first within the United States with preference for candidates in listed states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in analysis, systems analysis, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with workflows, data, and reporting.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities
