Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of software and business process solutions. You will gather and analyze requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and document business and technical solutions for implementation and testing teams.

The ideal candidate excels at translating complex business needs into actionable requirements and can manage multiple high-visibility projects with internal and external stakeholders in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand business and software needs.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, working meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, process diagrams, wireframes, test documentation, and other solution documentation.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for developers and testers.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
• Analyze customer requests, define solution scope, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
