Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to support software and business process solutions. You will gather and analyze requirements, engage stakeholders, and document solutions while coordinating testing and implementation activities.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills and can translate complex needs into actionable requirements while managing multiple high-visibility projects across a remote team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or requirements gathering
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements in a professional services environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process modeling and documentation.
• Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and gap analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand business and software needs.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, working meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, process diagrams, wireframes, test documentation, and other solution documentation.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for developers and testers.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
• Analyze customer requests, define solution scope, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
