Via Logic LLC is seeking a Business and Data Analyst to support a federal government client from a remote role within the United States. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and hands-on Salesforce platform expertise to translate program needs into actionable requirements and reliable solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, and analysts to gather requirements, analyze data, and create reports and dashboards, ensuring solutions meet mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement.
• Hands-on Salesforce platform experience for analyzing or enhancing workflows, data, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to identify business needs and define scope.
• Document current and future-state processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Analyze Salesforce-based applications and collaborate with admins/developers to refine solutions.
• Translate business processes into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and validate reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Support testing and user acceptance, track defects, and verify delivered functionality.
• Maintain traceability and documentation connecting needs to delivered solutions.
