Via Logic LLC is seeking a Business and Data Analyst to support a federal government client. The role requires 3-5 years of experience and hands-on Salesforce expertise to translate program needs into actionable requirements for developers and QA teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct data analysis, and help design reporting and dashboards that drive mission-focused outcomes. This is a remote-first, full-time W-2 position within the United States.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate business needs for developers and QA engineers.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum processes.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to identify business needs.
• Document current workflows and design future-state processes.
• Analyze Salesforce-based applications and data requirements with admins and developers.
• Translate program and grants workflows into clear requirements for development.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and validation tests with QA teams.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Analyze data and define reporting/dashboard requirements for decisions.
• Support testing and validation with users and document defects.
