Job summary

Via Logic LLC is hiring a Business and Data Analyst to support a federal government client. You will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into Salesforce-based solutions. Experience with grants workflows, data reporting, and agile delivery is preferred.

This is a remote US role with full-time, W-2 employment. You will work with stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, and other technical team members to deliver reliable solutions that improve program operations and

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis or related fields.
Hands-on Salesforce platform experience required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field of study.

Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder interviews to identify business needs and scope.
Analyze current workflows and define future-state processes.
Analyze Salesforce-based applications and collaborate with admins and developers.
Translate programs into clear requirements for development and enhancements.
Develop and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Analyze data and define reporting/dashboard requirements.
Support testing, validate against requirements, and track defects.
Maintain requirement and process documentation and mappings.
Participate in Agile activities and ensure consistent functionality.
