Via Logic LLC is seeking a Business and Data Analyst to support a federal government client from a remote position within the United States. The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and Salesforce proficiency.

The analyst will gather requirements, map business processes, and translate needs into technical solutions. Collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams is essential to deliver reliable, dashboard-ready insights.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and working meetings to identify business needs, clarify priorities, and define project scope.
• Document current workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design future-state processes for better operations and user experience.
• Analyze Salesforce-based applications, document data and workflow requirements, and collaborate with admins and developers to refine solutions.
• Translate public assistance, recovery support, grants management, and mitigation processes into clear requirements for development.
• Develop and refine epics, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria for software delivery.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Analyze application data, define reporting needs, and help teams create useful reports and dashboards.
• Support testing and validation with QA and business users, tracking defects until resolution.
• Maintain requirements, process flows, data mappings, and traceability documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure consistent functionality across products.
