Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a detail-oriented Analyst Business Support to join the North America Automotive Commercial team. Based remotely with a Michigan or Connecticut location, you will partner with Sales and Finance to drive strategy and manage chargebacks, tariffs, and revenue reports.

You’ll support data management and cross-functional process improvements, contributing to faster decision making and stronger commercial performance across multiple brands.

• Naturally curious and analytical, with a drive to understand how processes work and how they can work better.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team and business leaders to drive commercial strategy.
• Processing and reconciling customer chargeback disputes
• Maintain documentation and update revenue reports for customer chargebacks
• Partner with the Sales and Finance team to submit customer tariff claims
• Provide support for reporting and data management for Fastener Sales Team
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Program Management on open critical Commercial tasks and process improvement projects
• Support requests in Smartsheet
