Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to drive cash flow and financial performance across its Americas business. You will manage AR, collections, chargebacks, and credit management, partnering with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve issues and mitigate risk.

The role requires 8+ years in finance, AR, and credit management, ERP experience (Oracle SAP), and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, AR or credit management.
• Experience leading complex customer accounts and resolving collections and credit issues.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis and AR controls.
• Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable for a customer portfolio, including collections and reconciliations.
• Research, dispute, and resolve chargebacks with internal teams and customers.
• Process credit memos and refunds while balancing risk and shipment needs.
• Prepare AR aging reports and support month-end and audits.
• Onboard new customers with credit reviews and terms establishment.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and monitor limits and terms; communicate risks to Finance.
