Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Data Centers segment, working remotely with about 75% travel to customer sites. The role focuses on engaging OEMs, identifying opportunities, and presenting value-added fastener solutions to reduce assembly costs.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related field.
Proven background in B2B sales with OEMs.
Data Center market experience is advantageous.
CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs in the Data Center market.
Schedule meetings with engineers to discuss design opportunities.
Coordinate factory tours and present value-added solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to hit targets.
Collaborate with marketing, product development and operations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
