Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the DoD Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) platform, replacing DS Logon. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional government and contractor teams. This is a 100% remote role.

You will translate complex needs into actionable requirements, support Agile development, and ensure traceability and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD, 9 years with HS Diploma.
• Experience on federal government programs is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop user personas, use cases, workflows, wireframes, and functional specs for authentication and enrollment.
• Analyze workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements for technical teams.
• Develop requirements traceability matrices and support backlog refinement in Agile sprints.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure compliance with federal standards and data security.
