Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in a lead role with AD/Identity management.
• MCSE or MCSA certification in Windows Server is required.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, AD DS, DNS, DHCP, PKI.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, hybrid identity, cloud migration.
• Scripting with PowerShell for automation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize tasks for the directory services team.
• Design, implement, and manage AD DS in hybrid environments.
• Lead hybrid identity initiatives using Azure AD Connect and Entra ID.
• Develop ICAM/Zero Trust solutions and perform integration work.
• Translate requirements into technical options and present them to leadership.
• Manage GPOs, OU structures, and security baselines.
• Implement RBAC, PIM, and Conditional Access in Azure.
• Perform AD health monitoring, backup, DR planning, and migrations.
