You will analyze business processes, document requirements, and collaborate with cross‑functional federal and contractor teams to ensure mission‑aligned AMASS solutions; this is a 100% remote role that demands strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on federal government programs.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and requirement management tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop user personas, use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Analyze workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for AMASS program operations.
• Translate operational needs into actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Assist in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning in Agile environments.
