Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the DoD's ICAM platform AMASS. This entirely remote role will focus on analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and coordinating with federal and contractor teams to ensure mission-aligned solutions across the AMASS program operations.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD, 9 years with HS Diploma
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Experience as a Business Analyst on federal government programs
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story development, and requirement management tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Self-motivated and effective at working remotely

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements with stakeholders
• Develop use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications for mobile authentication and integrations
• Analyze existing workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements for technical teams
• Support development, testing, and implementation with traceability
• Prepare business process documentation and user stories
• Document API integration guidance
• Assist in backlog refinement and sprint planning in Agile environment
• Facilitate meetings and maintain clear cross-team communication
• Ensure compliance with federal standards and data security requirements
• Provide ongoing reporting and analytical insights to PMs and government stakeholders
