Job summary

Peraton seeks an ICAM Sustainment Analyst in San Antonio to ensure the health, security, and continuous maintenance of enterprise ICAM systems. You will manage patching, incident response, and capacity across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities, maintain PKI and identity services, and keep runbooks and DR plans up to date. Local residency and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, systems engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5 years with BS/BA; or 9 years with a high school diploma.
• Ability to obtain public trust with successful T3 investigation.
• CompTIA Security+ CE or IAT Level II baseline certification.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills under high-pressure environments.
• Local and onsite in San Antonio, Texas.
• US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, patch management, upgrades, and health checks for ICAM components across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Provide high-tier troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation for outages and credential issues.
• Maintain operational availability for Directory Services, SSO gateways, PAM vaults, and IGA platforms.
• Manage PKI processes including certificate renewals, trust store updates, and key management.
• Monitor performance, latency, and resources; create alerting rules and SLA tracking.
• Develop and update runbooks, DR plans, failover procedures, and sustainment SOPs.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to track and remediate vulnerabilities across ICAM servers and endpoints.
