Qualifications

• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD; 9 years with HS Diploma.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience as a Business Analyst on federal government programs.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user story development, and requirement management tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Self‑motivated and effective at working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop user personas, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and functional specs.
• Analyze workflows to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Translate operational needs into actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning in an Agile environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal standards and data security.
