Job summary

Leidos Inc in Reston, VA seeks a Senior AD/ICAM Administrator to deliver modern ICAM/Zero Trust architectures across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will lead modernization, translate business requirements into technical options, and execute hands‑on implementation and prototyping of ICAM solutions.

The role requires expert AD/Entra ID knowledge, RBAC/PIM, GPO management, and strong collaboration with Security, Networking, and Application teams. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in a lead role or similar senior capacity.
• MCSE or MCSA certification in Windows Server / Directory Services is required.
• Proven experience with enterprise Windows Server administration and Directory Services management.
• Experience with Azure services: Azure Virtual Machines, Azure AD Domain Services, Azure Arc, and Microsoft Entra suite.
• Strong knowledge of ABAC/RBAC/PBAC and policy-based access control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize tasks within the directory services team to ensure timely delivery of ICAM projects.
• Design, implement, and manage AD DS including forest/domain architecture, trusts, replication, and high availability.
• Lead hybrid identity initiatives using Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, and cloud sync technologies.
• Develop ZT and ICAM solutions through COTS integration.
• Perform technical triage and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage GPOs, OU structures, and security baselines; monitor AD health and DR planning.
• Implement identity governance, RBAC, PIM, and Conditional Access in Azure.
• Migrate legacy AD to Azure-native or hybrid solutions; hands-on prototyping of solutions.
• Present options to senior leaders, outlining advantages and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Security/Networking/Application teams to enforce Zero Trust.
