T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks an Account Executive, Business Sales to drive new account growth in the greater Toledo market. This hunter role emphasizes building strong customer relationships and selling T-Mobile’s wireless solutions to small businesses (1-9 employees) across assigned territories.

You will prospect, cold-call, and network to exceed monthly quotas, tailoring recommendations and closing deals. Travel within the market is required.

Formación

• Required high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience; commission sales preferred.
• Outside B2B sales experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under supervision.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value with solution-based selling.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop prospecting and relationship-management skills; participate in product training and sales meetings.
• Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
• Utilize sales force automation, manage the sales funnel, and report on activities and forecasts.
• Maintain and grow the customer base within a territory model.
