Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring an Account Executive in Business Sales for a remote, territory-based role covering the greater Toledo, OH area with regular travel. You will prospect, qualify needs, present solutions, and close deals, supporting small businesses (1-9 employees) and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities include lead generation, solution-based selling, negotiation, and ongoing customer relationship management. Travel is required; a High School Diploma and sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably commissioned environment.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Identify customer needs and sell wireless solutions, including plans, data services, devices, and accessories.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
