Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager for Build to Rent Homes. This remote role involves visiting 1–3 communities weekly, coordinating maintenance, and achieving occupancy and revenue targets. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, marketing, and communicating with residents. Travel by car/plane for training is expected; state leasing license may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects each Community to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and operational standards.
• Coordinates maintenance and move-in timing with the maintenance team.
• Develops market and leasing strategies to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Reviews budgets and financials; monitors rents, delinquencies and AR per policy.
• Hires, trains, and mentors staff; manages on-call duties and staff performance.
