Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Service Manager Build to Rent to oversee daily maintenance across multiple communities in the SC region. You will schedule repairs, guide maintenance staff, and ensure safety and quality in building upkeep, with travel between sites as needed.

The role requires HVAC/EPA certifications, strong organization, and the ability to work independently. You will manage tools, budget, and vendor relationships while delivering excellent service to residents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in progressive maintenance and safety.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building trades knowledge.
• Must provide own tools and have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance schedules and assign work.
• Oversee safety and quality across sites.
• Maintain inventory and budget for repairs.
• Travel between communities up to 95% time.
