Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager Build to Rent to coordinate maintenance teams across multiple communities. You will schedule, inspect, and oversee repairs to meet safety and quality standards while managing inventory and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of progressive maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA Type II certifications, and strong communication skills. Travel to sites is required, and the role involves coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of progressive maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general construction.
• HVAC certification and EPA Type II certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred. CAMT or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee maintenance staff across sites.
• Inspect properties and coordinate repairs to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and budget for maintenance supplies.
• Travel to multiple communities as needed and work with vendors.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and industry regulations.
