You will travel between properties weekly, supervise maintenance staff, manage inventories, and partner with property leadership to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• HVAC, EPA, and CPO certifications are required.
• Experience with building systems, safety, and maintenance programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 95% and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate weekly maintenance schedules.
• Oversee repairs and assign tasks to the maintenance team.
• Maintain property safety, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Conduct site visits across multiple communities.
