The Community Manager of Build to Rent Homes is responsible for the successful day- to- day financial, administrative, leasing, marketing and maintenance operations of Community/Communities, while ensuring company standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered. The Community Manager will be working remotely, with multiple site visits weekly and running between one and three communities simultaneously. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer.
Monday-Friday (work schedule may vary depending on business needs). Traveling to and working onsite up to a minimum of 75% of the time.
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Full range of motion with upper and lower body. Continual movement including, but not limited to: standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs. Operation of a motor vehicle onsite, if applicable. Exposure to all weather conditions. Lifting at least 20 pounds.
