Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations across finance, administration, sales, marketing and maintenance.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitor budgets, vendor relations and compliance with regulations.
• Lead and mentor property staff, conduct performance evaluations.
• Prepare operational reports and support regional leadership.
