Job summary

Northwestern Mutual is seeking an Investment Client Services Analyst in Texas. This licensed, client-facing role supports clients and registered financial representatives with investment account questions, performance inquiries and securities transactions.

Qualifications

Licensed FINRA Series 7/63- equivalent licenses.
Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years financial services experience with strong communication.
Understanding of tax implications related to investments.
Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
Strong problem-solving and scenario-evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide consultative service to clients and advisors on investment concepts.
Act as expert on mutual fund trading, brokerage accounts, cost basis, and tax reporting.
Collaborate with NM Wealth partners to drive product enhancements.
Learn new concepts and help others navigate industry changes.
Serve as primary contact for assigned NM Investment home office clients.
Analyze, input, and review investment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
