equities brokerage experience, handling reconciliations, transfers, and corporate actions with precision. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Trading, CX, Compliance, Finance, and Apex to improve workflows, resolve exceptions, and strengthen controls, while maintaining human oversight of AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in financial services or brokerage operations.
• Solid understanding of U.S. equities trade lifecycle including settlements.
• Experience investigating data breaks and managing exceptions.
• Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment with sound judgment on exceptions.
• Familiarity with clearing platforms and relevant software tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily reconciliations of trades, positions, balances, and cash with documentation.
• Support onboarding and maintenance workflows, including reviews and status checks.
• Process inbound/outbound securities transfers (ACATs) end-to-end.
• Monitor alerts, prioritize issues, and coordinate remediation across teams.
• Review corporate actions, deadlines, allocations, and post-event discrepancies.
• Identify failure modes and propose improvements to reduce manual work and improve outcomes.
