Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking a Remote Breakfast Cook/Baker to assist with the preparation, production, and presentation of diverse foods and bakery goods in a remote Alaska camp. You will train staff, complete production sheets, and ensure safe, high-quality meals in a challenging environment.

The role requires leadership, flexibility, and the ability to work at variable shifts, including long hours in a remote camp setting, while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of directly related restaurant cooking and/or baking experience.
• Alaska Food Workers Card and/or ServSafe Certification or obtain upon hire.
• Ability to instruct and train others and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player capable of working with others under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform main line food production duties for breakfast, lunch, or dinner items.
• Prepare and produce bakery products in a remote camp setting.
• Assist supervisors with menu and recipe development.
• Monitor and replenish kitchen production items with proper rotation.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of prep areas and equipment.
• Supervise assigned staff and maintain quality control in production.
