NMS is hiring a Remote Breakfast Cook/Baker to support the Milne Point Camp on the North Slope, AK. The role covers bakery and breakfast production, line cooking, and supervising food service staff in a remote camp setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to instruct and train others; strong teamwork and multitasking.
• Must be able to stand for 12 hours per shift; physically fit for duty.

Responsibilities

• Perform main line food production and bakery tasks per shift.
• Prepare wide variety of bakery items in remote camp; complete pastry prep.
• Maintain production sheets, review supplies, and assist with menu/recipe development.
• Rotate and restock kitchen items; ensure sanitation and food safety.
• Supervise staff when assigned; ensure quality control and cleanliness.
