Job summary

NANA Management Services seeks a Remote Breakfast Cook/Housekeeper to support remote camp operations in Alaska. You will assist with food prep, bakery production, cleaning, and staff supervision while upholding safety and company policies.

This role requires long shifts in a remote camp setting, with dormitory housing and travel to remote locations. Alaska residency is preferred and adherence to all pre-employment and safety requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least three (3) years of directly related restaurant cooking and/or baking experience.
• Ability to instruct and train others and handle multiple tasks.
• Must obtain Alaska Food Workers Card and/or ServSafe Certification upon hire.
• Must pass pre-employment testing and be able to travel for testing.
• Must be able to work in a team and make quick decisions on site.
• Must be able to stand for 12 hours per shift and live in dormitory housing.

Responsibilities

• Perform main line food production and bakery tasks as assigned.
• Prepare and present a variety of bakery products in remote camp.
• Maintain production sheets, inventory, and supply needs.
• Supervise and train food service staff when required.
• Keep kitchen and related areas clean and sanitized per standards.
• Restock items and assist with menu and recipe development.
