Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to train and supervise staff.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Alaska Food Workers Card or ServSafe certification on hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs main line food production duties with items determined by shift.
• Prepares a wide variety of bakery products in a remote camp setting.
• Completes pastry preparations including mixing, baking and frying as needed.
• Reviews daily needs with supervisors and completes production sheets.
• Assists supervisors with menu and recipe development.
• Monitors and replenishes kitchen production items with rotation.
