UNAVAILABLE is seeking a Remote Breakfast Cook to support remote camp and industrial facilities. You will help prepare, produce, and present a variety of foods, manage production sheets, and train food service staff.

The role covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, plus bakery goods, in a disciplined camp environment. You will supervise and coordinate with supervisors, monitor inventory, and ensure sanitation and safety standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience in restaurant cooking and/or baking in high-volume settings.
• Ability to train others and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Alaska Food Workers Card and/or ServSafe Certification (on hire).
• Pass pre-employment testing including drug, physical and fit-for-duty assessments.
• Team player able to work with staff, customers, and clients.
• Able to stand for 12 hours per shift and live in dormitory-style settings.
• Contract requires English proficiency (read, write, speak).
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company standards.

Responsabilidades

• Performs main line food production duties across the assigned shift.
• Prepares and produces bakery products in a remote camp setting.
• Completes pastry prep including mixing, baking and frying as needed.
• Reviews daily needs with supervisors, completes production sheets, and verifies supply needs.
• Assists supervisors with menu and recipe development.
• Monitors and replenishes kitchen items using rotation procedures.
• Cooks breakfast, lunch or dinner items, beverages, trays, salads, and more.
• Cleans and sanitizes preparation areas and equipment; maintains sanitation standards.
• Oversees stocking and cleanliness of serving lines and dining areas.
• Trains staff and ensures proper rotation and safety procedures.
