Job summary

Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking a Remote Breakfast Baker to help prepare, produce, and present a variety of bakery and breakfast items in a remote Alaska camp setting. You will supervise food service personnel, complete production sheets, and ensure proper rotation and sanitation while following company policies and safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years in high-volume cooking/baking, Alaska Food Workers Card or ServSafe, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts in dormitory-style

Qualifications

• Three+ years of directly related restaurant cooking and/or baking experience.
• Alaska Food Workers Card and/or ServSafe Certification or obtain upon hire.
• English reading/writing and able to work in a remote camp.
• Ability to supervise and train staff; withstand 12-hour shifts in dormitory settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform main line production duties on assigned shift.
• Cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, bakery items and related food service tasks.
• Prepare and produce bakery products in a remote camp setting.
• Complete pastry prep including mixing, baking, and frying as needed.
• Supervise and train food service personnel; coordinate with supervisors.
• Maintain sanitation and rotate stock; complete production sheets.
• Ensure items are stocked, displayed, and served properly.
• Communicate needs for meals and backups with supervisors.
